General Terms & Conditions of LIV. The Agency

1. Applicability These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by LIV. The Agency (“the Agency”) to its clients (“the Client”). By using the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to these terms.

2. Services The Agency provides Influencer Marketing & Management services, including but not limited to influencer campaign management, content creation, and social media management.

3. Rates and Payment Rates for the Agency’s services will be determined in mutual agreement with the Client and may vary based on the nature of the services and the scope of the campaign. Payment should be made according to the agreed-upon payment terms.

4. Cancellation and Refund Cancellations of services must be communicated in writing to the Agency. Refunds will be granted only according to the applicable cancellation terms as agreed between the Agency and the Client.

5. Privacy and Data Protection The Agency respects the privacy of its Clients and Influencers and commits to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to content created by the Agency remain the property of the Agency unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client is granted the right to use the content for the agreed-upon purposes.

7. Liability The Agency is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services. The Client indemnifies the Agency against third-party claims.

8. Changes to the Terms The Agency reserves the right to amend these General Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of such changes.
